Fwd: HC Inspection Report (SSW?)
The appended report went out with an apparent violation instead of a cited violation because the region has not made a final determination on whether there was SSW during the HC SSDI. Per our earlier discussion at the pre-panel, I still need your specific input before deciding whether to panel this issue or not.
Have you found any clear statements in the CD of the NOED conversation that have the potential to be characterized as SSW?
Currently, Jeff Teator is reviewing the CD. You may want to consult with him before we finalize an appropriate course of action for this issue.
