180 Day Clock Allegations I have received the licensee's response to allegation #sII-2002-A-0131 (IP2) -180 day clock = 4I4ID and RI-2002-A-0132 (Salem/Hope Creek) 180 day clock = 418103.
The licensee response toj-2002-A-0131 (IP gcontains Safeguards information.
The licensee response to RI-2002-A-0132 (Salem/Hope Creek) although it does not contain Safeguards info they have requested 2.790 exemption and have NOT provided a redacted version of their response.
Both responses require review by DRP and DRS (Security).
I believe both of these allegations and the deadline issues were discussed yesterday at the monthly allegation status meeting as needing added attention.
