Salem Allegation - HOOIRI Duty Officer Call Good Morning, On Sunday October 20, 2002, the HOO received an allegation on the phone. It involved Salem, but it held no apparent aspects of urgency, immediate safety concerns or elevated levels of risk. The allegation had two aspects, Hi and a technical issue related to a cable tray modification that has been ongoing for a long time.
We discussed the allegation at about 1430 and the HOO supplied a wave file of his conversation with the alleger to the Region I Allegations Office (forwarded) by email. If TPS needs me to transcribe the conversation or there is some other act that the Region I Duty Officer is to perform in such cases please let me know. I will take for action updating the Region I, Duty Officer Notebook/procedures for such instances.
