Re: Request for Extensions of Time to Referral Response I don't have any major heartburn with it in this case, but I think the licensee should give us a reason that we document for future reference. I do want to avoid a repeat of 2002-0137 in which the extension that the region granted PSEG made us miss our 150 day target, and is backing us up against our 180 day target..

RI-2003-A-0010 - FitzPatrick She supplied no reason for the request for extension of response time.
Scott this a relatively new allegation (1122/03) which requires answers to security issues.
Entergy answers all referrals for FitPatrick, lP 2-3, Vermont Yankee and Pilgrim. In the last several months we have inundated them with referral letters for IP.
Unless you have heartburn with this request for an extension, we have been granting them extensions as long as it does not impede our time constraints.
