Final ARB Forms from 9118/02 Panel Attached.
Reminder - (Salem) Branch 3 owes the alleg office a panel form for RI-2002-A-0034 stating actions discussed at 9/18/02 alleg panel.
RI-2002-A-0090 (Millstone) was not discussed because the alleger had received the standard letter from the DOL Area Director not in favor of alleger and it has been established that the alleger filed an appeal with the AU on 8/7/02. We will continue to monitor the DOL process.
RI-2002-A-0116 - Hope Creek ana 1 -20O2-A-O123 Indian Point~will be ad hoc paneled on 9123102. 1 do not have a time as of yet - coordinating with Brenda and'kaye. Plan on the afternoon.
The alleg office will need ARB forms for'qli-2002-A-123!and RI-2002-A-0116 before the ad hoc panel on 9123102.
