At the DRP/DRS allegation panel on 9/18/02, it was determined that we would again discuss allegation #s RI-2002-A-0116 (Hope Creek) and RI-2002-A-0123 (Indian Point 2-3) kn 9/23102.
The nidian Point 2-3 issue (RI-2002-A-0123)lis to be repaneled with Holian, Monroe and Vito present to discuss documents obtained by Monroe atfiP 7-3Jand the telephone call Vito/Holian had with the alleger on 9113102.
The Hope Creek (RI-2002-A-01 16) issue to be paneled because of time constraints getting an ack letter.
out to the alleger by 1012/02 and to determine what actions the NRC may or may not take. The next DRPIDRS alleg panel would be scheduled for 1012102.
The staff MUST provide ARB forms to me no later than 10:00 a.m. on 9/23/02 for these two allegations.
