Re: Fwd: Draft ARB Form for Salem - RI-2002-A-0137 There was an OSHA finding against the alleger in April, and we have no indication that he appealed, so we will have to check (Branch 3 wouldn't know that because, while they read the 01 report, no one actually came to review the file before doing the draft ARB form.) As for remembering about the 3-week memo action, I guess it's just one of those allegaiton/enforcement actions that the rest fo the staff just can't seem to registeras being part of the process. Maybe I have to use the blow-up hammer more!
