- Jim, Thanks for breifing Hub, since I believe his interest in the NOV response letter content was the primary reason we put this in the allegation system. I think we will be able to sufficiently respond to the issues/comments in the letter, but we will need to artfully craft the discussion abou the work environment at the facility. Help from your staff would be appreciated, as I'm usually the one who ends up crafting all of the words for all of thig touchy-feely stuff.

I briefed Hub this evening on our deliberations and conclusions regarding this allegation. Hub understood our concerns with the potential for a hostile environment, and the need for specifics for us to be able to follow up on the issues the alleger identified. Hub agreed with our overall approach.
