Gentlemen:
At an 10/30/02 ARB it was decided that we would:
- 1. Contact the alleger to ascertain if they objected to referral of his issue to PSEG by 1118102. Dave completed that action on 1114/02 and the alleger did not object to referral of his issue.
- 2. Brad was to perform prima facie review. Brad indicated on 11/7/02 that alleger had articulated an extremely weak case of prima facie but 01 open case 1-2002-042 (Normal Priority) on 11/13/02.
- 3. We were going to refer the issue to the licensee by 11/15/02. Meanwhile, the alleger provided a package of additional information on 11/12/02 which we decided should be reviewed by the tech staff and repaneled to ascertain if there was additional information in the package to include in the referral letter -
due out by 11/15/02.
- 4. We held a repanel on 11/27/02 to discuss the 11/12/02 package of information from the alleger and the content of a telephone contact with the alleger by OU/DRS on 11/26/02. An action from that panel was for Ol/DRS to document the telephone contact with the alleger on 11/26/02 and provide to alleg office for the file. I believe this still needs to be done.
- 5. DRP/DRS needs to review the existing referral letter enclosure and make any changes necessary to of the letter so we can get the referral letter sent. It was initially due out on 11/15102.
