I reviewed the letter that's being sent to the licensee addressing the concerns of the alleger. The one issue I thought was convered in the transcript that I didn't see covered in the letter to Salem was that because metal knives were used instead of plastic, other cables may have been cut that haven't yet been identified. I'm not sure if this concern is being addressed in some other way, but I thought that was the key part of his discussion of the cable cutting incident.
