Rl-2002-A-0137 - Salem Scott/Glenn This allegation has one technical issue, an H&l issue and most recently and DOL issue (NRC aware 2/21103). We referred the tech issue on 1/3/03. PSEG requested extension until 3/3/03. The tech issue will reach the 150 day clock on 3/18/03, which is when the tech issue needs to be closed according to our guidelines. To date, 3/5/03, PSEG has not provided the response to the tech issue. I was at the post office this morning, 315103. It would appear that unless we get PSEG's response REAL soon the tech issue will exceed the 150 day clock.
PSEG needs to be called to find out where the response is and if prepared they should fax to us (610) 337-5208 so the response can be reviewed and the tech issue closed by 3118/03.
