URGENT - RI-2002-A-0144 - Salem/Hope Creek We received the licensee's response on this allegation on 2/26/03. The licensee requested 2.790 exemption and did not provide a redacted version. So I did not make the usual distribution of the document.
On 2/27103 I sent an e-mail to all those required to review the licensee response for acceptability. The e-mail stated that I had copies in our office because of the 2.790 exemption and that if you got a chance to stop by and review the document.
DRP has provided a proposed closeout letter - but - we do not have DRS documentation (an e-mail) of your review of the licensee's response or your comment regarding the proposed closeout letter.
I have placed this on the panel for today, 3/11/03, with an action for DRS to review the licensee's response and provide the allegation office with a documented e-mail of DRS' review of the licensee's response by 3/14/03.
