Based on review of licensee responses, additional staff review of certain issueVis needed (Concern 1 - security staffing, and Concern 4 - security equipment compensatory measures). Actions taken and proposed by licensee as a result of their internal investigation findings appear to be appropriate for these issues; however, past events identified as potential violations need further NRC review. DRSIRSSB will review items during inspection scheduled for third quarter of 2003.
