During initial 01 contact to schedule an interview for Case 1-2002-033, the alleger stated that he no longer had any immediate safety concerns with the Transient Assessment Response Plan (TARP) team formation process, and would try to resolve his remaining concerns within the PSEG corrective action process. Provide a conditional closeout letter to the alleger stating that the NRC will consider this allegation closed unless he contacts us within 30 days of the date of the letter.

3-Week memo not necessary, 01 only spoke with alleger.
