Send letter to the alleger with documentation of certified letter which was received at his home which had the PSEG bioassay information. Avoid sending bioassay information directly to the alleger due to records not being NRC records.

REMINDER Branch 3 still owes the alleg office a panel form for RI-2002-A-0034 stating the actions discussed at the 9118/02 ARB panel.
I will also mention that the letter from the individual was received by us on August 29, 2002, so the letter back to the alleger addressing his issue MUST be out of here by 9127102.
