Draft NOV for Ol's Use -Allegation 2002-A-0033
- Rick, I was tasked at the APM for allegation 2002-A-0033 at Hope Creek to come up with a draft NOV for an HP supervisor who submitted a urine sample tainted with bleach. 01 decided to open up a case in this matter.
Since there didn't seem to be a good fit in this case with any of the standard enforcement NOV letters, I adapted the letter for licensed operators who make FFD violations.
