Preliminary discussions between DRP and DRS have indicated that questions exist regarding the appropriateness of PSEG responses to address the underlying technical issues highlighted in this allegation. We need to continue the dialogue between the divisions and develop a regional response to address the scope of PSEG's proposed corrective actions for these issues.
