- Dave, Well, we dealt with this alleger in 1999 regarding River Bend, but it appears that he has some new issues.
Would you please fax the relevant information from the transcript including the first few pages which state when and where the individual was interviewed? Please fax it to 817-276-6525.

~~i n J rich includes a discrimination concern. In the 01 interview transcript, the alleger makes several comments about River Bend. From the conversation in the transcript, it appears that this is someone you may have dealt with before and it is also possible that you may have already dealt with the Issues he mentioned. I am providing those issues and the individulas name, address, and phone number to you for whatever action you deem appropriate.
Comments are on PP. 167-171 of the interview transcript, which I will fax if you want them.
- p. 167 River Bend had defective fuel - everybody on the floor knew it was defective.
- p. 168 insulation pads came off - could effect containment suction strainers
- pp. 169-170 insulation pads have holes completely through them
- p. 171 River Bend pencil whipped away things they shouldn't have - mirror insulation inside bioshell on the stop valves - they have the CERE ?? wall, which they said they don't I know because I put it on there.
