Dear Mr. Singer:
This refers to the meeting conducted at your staffs request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, on August 30, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The meetings purpose was to discuss Sequoyah plant performance and planned initiatives. Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handout used by your staff.
The discussions included the following topics: Plant Performance, Performance Indicators, Regulatory Issues, and Plant Improvements and Challenges. The meeting was candid and informative. It did not result in specific action items or decisions.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
