- 1. After receiving NRC Staff counsels indication that she will be unavailable on the October dates stated in the last paragraph of the Boards September 6, 2005, Order because of the Jewish holidays, but will be available for both sets of November dates stated, the Board has determined this to be good cause to hold oral argument on the Petitioners contentions on the earliest of the remaining dates, November 3 and the morning of November 4, 2005.
The parties will be notified of the location and exact times for this argument at a later date.
