CORRECTION OF LICENSE AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. MC2038 AND MC2039)
Dear Mr. Koehl:
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review of the facility operating license and technical specifications (TSs) for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (PBNP). The NRC is conducting a comparison of its license authority files to the licensees' records to ensure errors in licenses and TSs are identified and corrected for all units. The NRC staff has completed the comparison of the its license authority file and your records to determine whether corrections were necessary. During this review, incorrect dates on page 16.1-1 of the TSs for Amendments 109 and 112 were identified in your records.
This matter has been discussed with Mr. J. Gadzalla of your staff, who indicated that this item would be entered into the PBNP Corrective Action Program for resolution.
