- Glenn, It may look more casual if Mel or I make the request. Also the results were not originally scheduled until February. The survey was just completed and may have even been delayed so the February promise may be in jeopardy. This is a new survey that Roy Anderson brought with him. What I mean is that his experiences at other places introduced him to this survery. PSEG previously used a Gallup survey. I put a fax to your office which is a Roy letter from November introducing the Synergy survey.

We just emerged from the allegation panel. Even with a mute button, you were probably right to be doing other things.
In summary, we plan to understand the current survey (Synergy?) approach. Let me know how we can get a copy of the questions. Dan or Mel - Should I call Steve Mannon or does someone else have the lead?
