Scott, I've reviewed the inspection reports from last years 3rd quarter assessment (dated November 10,2003) back to the 2001 annual assessment (dated, January 25, 2002) and found no reference to the incident. I therefore assume that (as described below) I need to verify it will be in this years annual assessment.

Scott, I've read the material In the folder you handed me.
None of It looked new.
I had printed out the latest version of the ARB Disposition Record and my assessment of Action Item #1 (RDRP Branch 3 to complete inspection and handle as part of inspection process") Is that I need to verify that the information is contained in the/an Inspection report.
Is that correct? (If so, I'll have to complete that tomorrow morning.)
