Dan, Thanks for the email. Kathy, please make a copy of the evaluation (in my inbox) and send it to Scott Barber.

Scott, this evaluation Is In response to a notification that was previously referenced and provided to the NRC by a concerned individual. The conclusion reached by the individual was that this was a further reason for ordering Salem and HC shutdown.
