Re: SSW for HC SSDI - Resent with Timeline Info Attached
- Scott, I am simply swamped wVlP stuff. Many things due out over the next couple of days. So, I can't support the meeting. I will go with the flow of whatever is decided. Obviously, if those attending think there is specific evidence of potential wrongdoing that warrants 01 initiation, then an allegation file has to be opened. Ernie will have the best feel for it.

Resent with timeline Info attached.
Please review the attached draft timeline. We are still gathering additional details on the timeline. If you have any relevant input, please provide it either during or after today's discussion. We have requested the tapes from the call. When they come in, we will revise the timeline, as necessary.
The conference call has been scheduled for 1/15103 from 3:00 to 4:30 pm and the passcode i n
A Regional personnel should meet in the DRP conference room.
An internal meeting has been scheduled at 3:00 p.m., January 15, 2003, in the DRP conference room to review potential staff suspected wrongdoing issues that may have occurred during the Hope Creek (HC)
Safety System Design Inspection (SSDI) and during a subsequent Notification of Enforcement Discretion (NOED). Addresses of this e-mail are requested to attend to facilitate this discussion.
The SSW appears to relate to our understanding of verbal commitments made to us regarding EDG testing. The SSDI team stated that they believed that PSEG should have completed full scope TS testing of all the inputs (10) to three EDG lockout relays. They acknowledged the need to do the testing, but in three separate instances did less than what the TS surveillance testing mandated.
