Concerns Raised to the NRC Regarding Salem and Hope Creek (RI-2002-A-0113)
Dear David Vito,
I am providing you new information that, I believe, shows PSEG Nuclear continues a pattern of harassment, intimidation and retaliation against me for following procedures and raising safety issues. Specifically, on August 29, 2003, provided me with an "Unsatisfactory" performance appraisal rating, which I believe relates to my original safety concern with TARP procedural compliance.
In accordance with FFD procedural requirements I informe don several occasions, that I am taking the following medicatioiivas provided writte communication from the PSEG Medical department on its FFD impact (see attachment) then states, in writing, that my compliance with the FFD program is "a deactto accept a TARP assignment. This results in an "Unsatisfactory" performance appraisal rating on August 29, 2003, the lowest rating possible. This rating requires immediate corrective action up to termination of my employment. I also received a poor rating in "putting PSEG and PSEG Power's interests first".
I would also like to note the TARP procedural requirements are still not being achieved. I have attached two recent Corrective Action Program Notifications generated by our QA department and others on the continued failure to comply with this important to safety procedure.
Please review this information relative to my original allegation and your FFD program requirements to determine if any NRC requirements have been violation. I would, also, like to have further discussions with your office after you have had time to review this new information.
