IC System 3.5.3 SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS SURVEILLANCE FREQUENCY SR 3.5.3.1 Verify the IC System:

Shellside water level > 6 feet; and
- b.
Shellside water temperature s 2100F.
SR 3.5.3.2 Verify each IC System manual, power 31 days operated, and automatic valve in the flow path, that is not locked, sealed, or otherwise secured in position, is in the correct position.
SR 3.5.3.3 Verify the IC System actuates on an actual 24 months or simulated automatic initiation signal.
SR 3.5.3.4 NOTE--------------------
