Issued by the Office NRR This letter is intended to comply with the requirement to submit an answer within twenty days of the issuance of the order "Additional Security Measures on the Transportation of Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern" (EA-05-007) which is dated July 19th, 2005, and issued by Mr. J.E. Dyer, Director, Office of NRR. The Washington State University Nuclear Radiation Center consents to this order and will protect the subject material in accordance with its established policy. The Washington State University Nuclear Radiation Center currently does not ship any materials that qualify under the limits set forth in Section A-1 (General Basis Criteria, page 1) of the Order. The Washington State University Nuclear Radiation Center will comply with this Order in the event that our facility ships material set forth under these criteria.
