Entergy issued Supplement 31 to the Vermont Yankee EPU late yesterday. This supplement responds to the remaining questions from our RAI dated 7/27/05 that weren't included in Supplement 30.
Supplement 31 contains 10 attachments. Entergy emailed me everything except some of the non-proprietarty versions of the proprietary attachments, the affidavits for the proprietary attachments, and several exhibits. They put the entire package in the mail which I should receive on 8/8.
Attached is the cover letter and Attachments 1-5. Attachments 1-4 cover steam dryer RAls. Attachment 4 also covers several EMEB questions not related to the dryer from Pat Sekerak. Attachment 5 contains a followup response to one of Rich Lobels' questions.
Note, the licensee split Attachment 2 into two files due to its size (files 2-a and 2-b). The page numbers are off in file 2-b. Figure EMEB-1 07-10 should be on page 49 Of 61. The licensee said the hard copy has the correct page numbers.
Many of the steam dryer related responses have color pages as shown in the attached MS Word files.
Tom/John - let me know if you also will want hard copies of the entire package or if the electronic versions are sufficient.
As you review the RAI responses, please let me know ASAP if any of the questions have not been adequately addressed since that may impact the review schedule.
