Semi-Annual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD)

Program Performance Data report for January 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005. This report is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71 (d). includes summaries of management sanctions imposed, actions completed to improve the program, events reported to the NRC, and our random testing rate. Attachment 2 contains the standard FFD data forms for Surry Power Station, North Anna Power Station, lnnsbrook Technical Center (Corporate), Millstone Power Station, Westinghouse Electric Company and Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO).

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS COMPLETED TO IMPROVE THE FFD PROGRAM JANUARY 1 THROUGH JUNE 30,2005 No significant changes were made to the Fitness for Duty Program during this reporting period.

SUMMARY

OF EVENTS REPORTED TO THE NRC BY DOMINION JANUARY 1 THROUGH JUNE 30,2005 On May 5, 2005, a NRC-licensed operator was tested for-cause at Millstone Power Station. Although the tested level was below the 10CFR26 cut-off level for alcohol and is not recorded as a positive test in this report, the individual was determined to be unfit for scheduled work activities.

In accordance with 10CFR26.73(a) and (b), a 24-hour report was made to the NRC on May 5, 2005.
