NRC Letter of Aug. 18, 2004, with attached Order for implementation of additional security measures associated with access authorization, fitness for duty, and behavior observation for La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor This letter is in response to the referenced letter and Order. Dairyland has reviewed the require-ments and implementation guidance and has completed the development of new programs and procedures and also updated others to meet the requirements.
In accordance with the requirements of reference 1, DPC is hereby documenting that we will have achieved full compliance with the Order of August 18, 2004, and will have implemented these new requirements, as of August 18, 2005.
