Y4EC Updated Response to NRC Access Authorization Order for ISFSI Plants On August 18, 2004(l) the NRC Staff issued an Order modifying the Yankee Nuclear Power Station's (YNPS) current license to require compliance with the specified additional security measures (ASMs).
Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) provided its initial response to the Order in Reference (b) and a followup response in Reference (c). In accordance with the Order, this letter provides notification that YAEC has achieved full compliance with the requirements in the Order.
In accordance with 1 OCFR2.790, a copy of this cover letter may be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
