SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS SURVEILLANCE FREQUENCY SR 3.6.4.1.1 Verify secondary containment vacuum is 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> 2 0.25 inch of vacuum water gauge.
SR 3.6.4.1.2 Verify all required secondary containment 31 days removable walls and equipment hatches required to be closed are closed and sealed.
NOTE---------
Single door access openings between required zones within the secondary containment boundary may be opened for entry and exit.
SR 3.6.4.1.3 Verify one secondary containment access door in 31 days each access opening is closed.
