Attached are the performance data sheets that include statistics on the various categories of testing, substances for which testing is conducted, random testing rate, and a summary of management actions.

18 MANAGEMENT ACTIONS:
A meeting was held with laboratory, collection site, Medical Review Officer(s), Employee Assistance Program staff, and psychological assessment personnel to assure consistent effective implementation of the fitness for duty program.
APPEALS:
Five appeals were received during this reporting period, in each appeal, the denial was upheld.
EVENTS:
There were two events identified as 24-hour reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 26.73 during this reporting period.
A contractor supervisor (Pre-Access test) and a Licensee supervisor (Random test) each tested positive.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS:
No temporary suspensions or administrative actions were taken against individuals based on on-site presumptive positive drug results.
TESTING RATE:
The random testing rate for the first half of 2005 was 65.6% of the (half-year) average total population.
