4 MR. HOFFNER:

Bill Hoffner.

5 MR. PARTICIPANT:

Hello, Bill.

Wayne 6

Lanning here.

7 MR. HOFFNER:

Hi, Wayne.

Good evening.

8 MR. PARTICIPANT:

Good evening.

9 MR. HOFFNER:

Just to inform you that 10 based on cool down we are planning on terminating at 11 1730.

You had wanted prior notice this is prior 12 notice I'm giving you.

13 MR. PARTICIPANT: 1730. That's 5 minutes 14 now.

Is that correct?

15 MR. HOFFNER:

Seven.

That's correct.

16 MR. PARTICIPANT:

Okay. And just tell me 17 what you're basing that on, please.

18 MR. HOFFNER: Right now RCS temperature is 19 about 440 degrees and we have maintained the 60 degree 20 per hour cool down rate so based on that it would be 21 about 90 minutes until we reach mode 4 which will get 22 us there about 1900 so that would be an hour and a 23 half before the required time.

24 MR. PARTICIPANT: Okay. I was asking what 25 was your criteria for exiting the alert?

MR. HOFFNER:

The initiating event is 2

cleared.

3 MR. PARTICIPANT:

Okay.

4 MR. HOFFNER:

So the only concern we had 5

was whether we were going to meet the time requirement 6

that they actually required by 2029.

Now that we're 7

comfortable we're going to make that time, we didn't 8

want to terminate and then have to go out with an 9

unusual event and reactivate or reinitiate another 10 activation.

11 MR. PARTICIPANT: All right. Got it. All 12 right.

Any other questions?

All right, Bill.

We 13 still haven't heard from the Chemistry folks regarding 14 steam generator delta.

15 MR. HOFFNER:

We are still working.

We 16 still do not have blown down on.

However, we are not 17 steaming that generator either.
