Issuance of order for ASM/RAMQC dated July 19, 2005 The University of Illinois Nuclear Reactor Laboratory is in the process of preparing to decommission and does not contain any isotopes in the quantities listed in Table A of the order.
Therefore, pursuant to page 4 of the order, section B (1)(2), compliance with the order is unnecessary in our specific circumstance. If conditions should change requiring shipment of RAMQC, the NRC will be notified a minimum of ninety (90) days in advance and the appropriate ASMs will be implemented.
