This letter serves as our written response to EA-05-007, "Issuance of Order for Additional Security Measures on the Transportation of Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern (RAMQC)".
The Additional Security Measures (ASMs) in this order are not applicable to our current activities. If conditions change and RAMQC is to be shipped from our facility, the Nuclear Reiuiatory Commission (NRC) will be informed ninety days in advance of the first RAMQC shipment.
