EA-05-007 License R-1 20 Docket No. 50-297 This letter serves as our written response to EA-05-007, "Issuance of Order For Additional Security Measures On The Transportation of Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern (RAMQC)".

The Additional Security Measures (ASMs) in this order are not applicable to our current activities. If conditions change and RAMQC is to be shipped from our facility, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will be informed ninety (90) days in advance of the first RAMQC shipment.

In addition to following applicable regulations, we anticipate that shipments containing spent nuclear fuel from our facility will follow applicable orders, such as the ASMs for "Transportation of Spent Nuclear Fuel Greater Than 100 Grams" dated 3 October 2002.
