Card failure Licensee has determined that the probable cause of the failure of the card is due to "whiskering". See website below for info. They told me Seabrook has seen this issue in the past and they are planning on putting out OE on it today.
They will be evaluating what extent of condition to perform but will probably look at many if not all cards with tin diodes.
I will send a picture of the card when I get it. I have seen it and you can see the whisker coming our of the diode onto the card.
