VY EPU RAls Ronda, Attached are the following files:

1) "prop rai latest.wpd" is the proprietary (non-public) version of the VY EPU RAls that were issued today.

It will be included as Enclosure 2 to the RAI letter.

2) "non prop rai latest.wpd" is a non-proprietary (public) version of the VY EPU RAls that were issued today. It will be included as Enclosure I to the RAI letter.

3) "prop rai redline.wpd" is a redline/strikeout version of the proprietary RAI showing the changes we made since the last time I sent you a draft version (draft 5 on 7/5/05).

I'll send you the pdf version of the whole package when the ADAMS processing is done.
