FORTHCOMING EXIT MEETING WITH NUCLEAR MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC TO PRESENT RESULTS OF THE PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT AGING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (AMP) AND AGING MANAGEMENT REVIEW (AMR) AUDITS DATE & TIME: Friday, September 2, 2005 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

LOCATION: Lake Michigan College at South Haven 125 Veterans Boulevard South Haven, MI 49090 PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is for the NRC staff to present results of the Palisades Nuclear Plant AMP and AMR audits. The agenda for the meeting is attached. Information on the license renewal process is available on the NRCs Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/licensing/renewal/process.html CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
