SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 1, DATED JULY 3, 200!

The purpose of this letter is to provide Revision 1 of the BFN Physical Security Plan (PSP).

The effective date of the PSP change was July 3, 2005.

This revision primarily includes an update on installation of the BFN Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facility (ISFSI) at BFN since the ISFSI had not been constructed prior to the issuance of Revision 0 of the PSP.

This response contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21.

TVA, therefore, requests that the enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.

There are no Regulatory commitments identified in this submittal.
