STAFF REQUIREMENTS - COMSECY-05-0025 - RENEWAL OF FULL-POWER OPERATING LICENSE FOR ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNIT 2 The staff should revise the methodology for informing the Commission of the completion of nuclear power plant license renewals such that the Commission receives a memorandum three days prior to the issuance of the renewed license. The EDO Daily Notes should continue to be used to inform the Commission of renewals after they have occurred.
