VY Status Margie, I talked to the VY Licensing (Rhonda Daflucas) when you left my office and I asked them your questions.

1) The GE methods (Thermal Hydraulic methodology) and the Steam Dryer are equal critical path

2) Their original need date was last fall (15% epu) for this cycle. This cycle ends in November and they were gearing up for the 20% Uprate for this next cycle. They are now resigned to not getting this Uprate approved so they are re-designing the core and preparing for the ACRS meeting in November. They want a phone call with TAD tomorrow to make sure they are on the correct path in preparation of the ACRS meeting in November.
