Item 1: See website-http://www.epa.gov/cair/state/mn.html -which was the source of the information discussed during the Interview. This website identifies the CAIR caps on NOx for Minnesota.
Item 51: The attached table includes information concerning issue date, frequency, and expiration date of MNGP permits.
