UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS i C hEPORT OF TELEPHONIC CONTACT WITH OSCAR SHIRANI On May 3, 2002, at aproximately 9:05 a.m., the Reporting Agent telephonically contacted SHIRANI the purpose of confirming receipt of SHIRANI's facsimile.
SHIRANI related the following information In substance:
SHIRANI stated that after his employment ended with EXELON, SHIRANI and some other Individuals formed a company called Landmark Engineering, located In the Maryland area.
SHIRANI stated the company didn't have much business and has already dissolved.
SHIRANI stated that he now has a paid job with Karaman Consultants, Incorporated (KCI). The job entails working 15 hours1.736111e-4 days <br />0.00417 hours <br />2.480159e-5 weeks <br />5.7075e-6 months <br /> a week. In addition, KCI Is searching for a permanent job for SHIRANI. KCI may have found a Job for SHIRANI inCanada..
SHIRANI stated that Sargent arjd Lundytwas Involved with EXELON In blackballing him from getting a job with'Sargent ri.d Lundy. SHIRANI stated that Sargent and Lundy hired people In Quality Assurance while he was applying there, and even after he didn't get a Job at.Sargent jand Lundy,.
