Very interesting meeting.
Here are the written comments that you asked that I forward.

I noted that Strain Gage circuits are subject to EMF noise from electrical sources. If the Data Acquisition System is configured appropriately the electrical noise can be identified by shutting off the excitation to the bridge.

I noted that it was stated in this meeting that dryer signal less than 140 hz was turbulence driven. I noted that that from my understanding the majority of signal above 20 hz was acoustically driven.
Therefore I asked if Exelon could support the turbulence statement. There was no indication from the NRC or Quad that it had been shown that the signals above 20 hz were not acoustic.

I noted that the NRC had indicated that they would like VY to address results from 02 data and the impact to VYs Acoustic Circuit Model. VY was to address areas including fluid structure interaction, 1 point vs. 4 point SG data, and uncertainty in Q2 predictions. The NRC also asked that we evaluate that VY evaluate modes and phase predictions. I noted that the information made available from this meeting would not support that level of evaluation. Tom Scarbrough indicated that the NRC was open to discussing this with VY.
