In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-259 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - CONFIRMATION OF DATE FOR CONDUCTING A BFN SPENT FUEL POOL (SFP) ASSESSMENT NRC requested in a letter from Mr. Ledyard Marsh, dated June 24, 2005, that BFN review the NRC Assessment schedule in Enclosure 3, and that a confirmation be sent to the BFN project Manager within 10 working days from the date of the letter. BFN has reviewed and determined that we can support the assigned SFP Assessment schedule.
