SDV Vent and Drain Valves 3.1.8 3.1 REACTIVITY CONTROL SYSTEMS 3.1.8 Scram Discharge Volume (SDV) Vent and Drain Valves LCO 3.1.8 Each SDV vent and drain valve shall be OPERABLE.
