Lyon of the U.S. NRC to David A. Christian of Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. and Thomas Coutu of Nuclear Management Company, LLC dated June 10, 2004, "Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant - Order Approving the Transfer of the Facility Operating License from Nuclear Management Company, LLC, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, and Wisconsin Power and Light Company to Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (TAC No. MC1595)"
Pursuant to Section 111(1) of the above referenced NRC Order approving the transfer of the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant from Nuclear Management Company, LLC, Wisconsin Public Service Corporation, and Wisconsin Power and Light Company to Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK), this letter serves as notification to the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation that such transfer and closing are scheduled to occur on or about June 15, 2005. It is requested that the applicable conforming amendment for this transfer be issued by the NRC and made effective as of the date of the transfer. We will keep the NRC informed should any developments occur that could impact the schedule for closing the transfer.
